Library Cards

  • No fee for residents or owners of real estate within the Village of Clifton to receive a borrower’s card
  • Applications are available at the library desk or viewable on the Forms page
  • All applicants must present acceptable proof of identity and residency
  • All applicants must provide a personal reference along with contact information
  • Parents/Guardians must sign for all persons under the age of 18
  • There is a $1.00 charge to replace a lost or damaged card
  • All Lincoln Trail Libraries District member libraries have reciprocal borrowing access with no additional forms to fill out
  • Public libraries outside LTLS that are members of the State of Illinois reciprocal borrowing agreements can be barcoded without cost
